Welcome to School Neuropsychology Institute, LLC.(“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, content, and materials provided through schoolneuropsych.com (the “Site”), which provides Continuing Education (CE) courses and resources specifically for licensed and and credentialed Psychologists.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed or pre-licensed professional in a relevant mental health or education field to use this Site and its services.
2. Permitted Use
The Site and its services are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use related to professional development and continuing education. Any unauthorized use of the Site or its content is strictly prohibited.
3. HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI)
You must not submit, upload, or otherwise transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) on or through this Site that has not been de-identified. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying client information, case data, clinical notes, or any other content that could be considered confidential or protected.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, videos, articles, graphics, logos, and documentation (“Content”), is owned by School Neuropsychology Institute, LLC, its licensors, or its course presenters and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission. Any content made available for download is for personal use only and does not grant you any ownership rights.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Continuing Education Credit
Completion of a course or module does not guarantee acceptance of CE credit. It is your responsibility to ensure that a course meets the requirements of your state or licensing board. We provide documentation and completion certificates for use with your credentialing entities, but we make no warranties as to their acceptance.
7. Complaints

All complaints will be handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with ethical principles and professional standards.
8. Disclaimers
- The Site provides general educational content and is not a substitute for professional consultation, supervision, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability
